Brandyn is the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Awesome Garage Doors, where he leads with a people-first mindset and a deep commitment to exceptional customer experiences. To Brandyn, service so good, it’s Awesome means going far beyond simply meeting expectations—it’s about consistently delivering moments that make customers say, “Wow.” Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, show care, and leave a lasting impression through professionalism, kindness, and reliability.
Brandyn’s career began right here in Colorado Springs in the call center industry, where he spent more than seven years with Compassion International developing a strong foundation in leadership, service, and communication. His journey then took him to Vermont with Generac, followed by Niceville, Florida, where he joined One Hour Air and ultimately stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer. During his time there, Brandyn helped lead the organization through significant growth and a successful sale. After returning to Colorado, he continued his leadership path at Poudre Valley Air in Fort Collins before co-founding Awesome Garage Doors in Colorado Springs—bringing his experience full circle back home.
Brandyn’s favorite core value is Positive Mindset, which he believes is foundational to strong leadership and great service. In an industry filled with unexpected challenges, positivity fuels problem-solving, resilience, and teamwork. He knows that optimism is contagious—lifting teams, reassuring customers, and creating an environment where people can grow and succeed.
Outside of work, Brandyn’s world revolves around his three kids and making memories together. He’s a die-hard Broncos and Avalanche fan, and when game day ends, you’ll likely find him camping, hiking, or enjoying Colorado’s outdoors. His leadership blends heart, experience, and vision—setting the standard for what Awesome truly means.
